How it works
Select your goods for Ikea catalogue or website.
Either call, email or post your order to us.
We buy the goods on your behalf from Ikea Bristol.
We deliver your goods to you.
Payment for goods and delivery charge is made upon delivery, by either cheque, cash or bank transfer.
Should any goods arrive damaged, faulty or have missing parts, we will replace the goods or obtain the parts without charge.
Returns
We can return to Ikea any unwanted goods for a charge based upon the type of goods to be returned.
Ikea impose a 30% refund reduction on goods with opened or damaged packaging.
This service is subject to a time limit of 3 months.
